Tabas, Freedman, Soloff, Brown & Rigali, P.A. is a Miami-based, AV rated commercial law firm, founded in 1989, providing effective and cost-efficient legal services to international, national, regional, and local clients.
Our practice is concentrated in the areas of creditor's rights, bankruptcy litigation, commercial litigation and business reorganization. We use our vast and varied experience to evaluate legal problems and business conflicts to assist our clients in finding effective solutions and every engagement is subject to our cost-benefit analysis to address our clients' business-related goals.
Joel L. Tabas, one of our partners, is often appointed as a receiver by Judges in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida, in and for Miami-Dade County. Since 1992, he has been a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Florida. Our firm regularly represents him, and also often represents other trustees and receivers. Another one of our partners, Gary M. Freedman, recently served as the Liquidating Trustee in the world's fifth largest cruise line's Chapter 11 bankruptcy case in Florida, and our firm represented him as well. Through each of these engagements, our experience continues to grow, and with that growth comes ever-increasing resources we put to work for our clients.
Our attorneys have logged thousands of hours of courtroom time, and we have invested in the most modern technology to enable us to offer the highest standard of litigation management, while remaining ever-vigilant as to the bottom line. We try cases frequently, and our willingness and ability to do so gives us a strategic advantage over other law firms without significant trial experience.
Finally, we employ a steady and experienced team of paralegals and legal assistants, to make sure we are able to offer timely and cost-efficient service to all our clients, no matter how large or small.
