Stacey F. Soloff is a partner of the firm. Her primary practice areas include creditor's rights, commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation. A large part of her practice is concentrated in the representation of Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, and she also has experience representing state court receivers and assignees for the benefit of creditors. She represents institutional clients in complex and contested mortgage foreclosures, and has also developed extensive experience in the representation of wholesale automobile auctions.

Ms. Soloff received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Douglass College, Rutgers University in 1981, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Rutgers University School of Law - Camden, in 1984, from which she graduated with honors. She was admitted to practice in Florida in 1984. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. She is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and the Miami-Dade County Trial Lawyer's Association.

Ms. Soloff presented a seminar on The Mortgage Foreclosure Process for the National Business Institute in 2006. Representative reported cases are Beck v. NCNB National Bank of Florida, 561 So.2d 14 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1990); Kuper v. Kuper, 564 So.2d 159 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1990); International Bankers Ins. Co. v. Arnone, 552 So.2d 908 (Fla. 1989); Bank One, Columbus, N.A. v. Hochstadt, 515 So.2d 332 (Fla. 3rd DCA 1987).

Ms. Soloff joined the firm in 1996. She was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1960.
