Alaina B. Siminovsky is an associate of the firm. Her primary practice areas include creditor's rights, bankruptcy litigation and commercial litigation.
Ms. Siminovsky received Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees, both with distinction, from Nova Southeastern University in 2006 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2009. While at the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Siminovsky was a member of the Law Review from 2007 through 2009.
Ms. Siminovsky was admitted to practice in Florida in 2009 and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2011.
Ms. Siminovsky joined the firm in 2011. She was born in Ithaca, New York in 1985.
