Joshua D. Silver is an associate of the firm. His primary practice areas include the representation of Chapter 7 Trustees and bankruptcy litigation.
Mr. Silver received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in 2008 and a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2012. While at the University of Miami, he was a member of the Psychology, Public Policy and Law Journal from 2010 through 2012.
Mr. Silver was admitted to practice in Florida in 2012. He was also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2012, and he is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Silver joined the firm in 2012. He was born in Hollywood, Florida in 1986.
