Zakarij N. Laux is an associate of the firm. His primary practice areas include creditor's rights, commercial litigation, the representation of Chapter 7 Trustees and bankruptcy litigation.
Mr. Laux received a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University in 2006. He received a Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011. At the University of Miami, Mr. Laux was a member of the Inter-American Law Review in 2010 and 2011.
Mr. Laux was admitted to practice in Florida in 2011 and to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 2012. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Laux joined the firm in 2012. He was born in Celina, Ohio in 1984.
